2022 was a mixed bag…it started in a downbeat kind of way, post the aftermath of ‘donkeygate’, and post the demise of the indie publishing house who had brought out ‘Valletta and the Year of Changes’ in 2021.

The year began with Covid and a long, slow recovery. Mr B was not on top form for the second half – a hip replacement followed by shingles. But, there were lots of positives including the arrival of Delphine, the motorhome and the promise of adventures to come, and continuing fun with Dodie, the cocker spaniel and her best pal, Jenny.

Regaining my creative mojo and the joy of performance are ongoing projects. There are frequent disappointments but enough successes to fortify me. Onwards and upwards for 2023!
